TRK. Glitch Club, edition II: February – April
The first TRK. Glitch Club events of 2023 highlight three different perspectives of sound research: the composer and sound artist Jo Thomas (UK) mainly works with electronic sounds, voice, glitch, and field recordings; the guitarist, composer, and electronic musician Luca Perciballi (IT) has sound as an organoleptic agent at the centre of his aesthetic, which he links to references and memories; and finally, playing a rudimentary electroacoustic device constructed with a salvaged record player, a prepared mixer, and other primitive machinery, Arnaud Ribière (FR) is one of the most interesting and radical free improvisers of the latest decades.
The three events are divided into two sets: the first one hosts an international artist, while the second is a Glitch Party, i.e. a free improvisation on the theme of glitch, open to all interested musicians according to the following participation methods.

Jo Thomas + Glitch Party
Jo Thomas (UK) is a London-based composer, sound artist, producer, and electronic musician. She has published for the labels Entr’acte, NMC, and Holiday Records. Thomas has performed with artists such as Will Dutta, Lara Jones, Charles Hayward, Maria Chavez, Lee Gamble, Phill Niblock, and Squarepusher. In 2012 she received the Golden Nica prize in Digital Musics and Sound at the Prix Ars Electronica for her work Crystal Sounds of a Synchrotron.

TRK. Glitch Club #7
Luca Perciballi + Glitch Party
Guitarist, composer, and electronic musician Luca Perciballi (IT) combines his training as an improviser with his career as a contemporary composer, with studies in Italy and Holland. His work is shaped by instrumental performance experience and extends into instrumental and electroacoustic composition. In his research, sound is intended as an organoleptic agent, linked to a dense network of references and memories. He is the leader of Organic Gestures and has collaborated with many of the main figures of the jazz and improvisation scenes such as Butch Morris, Roberto Bonati, Roberto Dani, Anthony Moreno, Alessandro Bosetti, Dave Burrell, Barre Phillips, Thomas de Pourquery.
For TRK. Glitch Club he is presenting his new project, Sacred habits, which takes composition into something of a ritual, a sacred theatre made of gestures and body mannerisms, assembled together and conveyed according to the contemporary methods of the augmented guitar.
Glitch Party featuring: Sadi Oortmood, Mattia Siboni, Roberto Cagnoli, Simone Faraci.
