Three completely different perspectives on music and its borders. One of the Italian pioneers of electroacoustic improvisation – already in the festival lineup some years ago in an astonishing duo with Evan Parker – matches himself with a great master of contemporary music, Giacinto Scelsi. The most important composer of the Schaefferian school, Annette Vande Gorme, not just an untiring cultural operator but also an active and prolific author of our times, comes from Belgium with a very recent musical project. The event is completed with a small focus on Gabriele Marangoni, a young Italian composer from an emerging scene, integrating various different expressive elements and moving freely between multimedia composition, performance, improvisation, and electronic luthiery.
